Q: How long does it take to process my return?
A: Once we have received your package you will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your exchange credit will be processed into your account within 5-7 business days. For more information on returns and exchanges, click HERE.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.

Q: Why was my order canceled?
A: Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
Q: Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
A: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Q: What is vintage?
A: Vintage means pre-loved. Our vintage clothing has had a life before it reaches you! Please be aware that some vintage clothing will show small signs of wear. We make a point to select pristine quality vintage items, if an item is damaged in any way, we will make note of it in the description. We check each item for flaws and measurements and describe all items in the most accurate detail in order to help you make the best choice when shopping. We are sometimes able to carry vintage pieces that are direct from the manufacturer or designer’s archives. These vintage items are unworn, and usually come with original tags which will also be noted in the description of the item. We occasionally clip larger items to our model this will be noted in the listing. Actually size (as well as estimated contemporary size) is meant as a guideline along with measurements to ensure the item will fit. Don’t miss out on our fantastic hand selected vintage items. Our vintage items are rare and we are able to stock the same item twice.

Q: I have an online credit. How do I use it?
- First, sign in to your Gypsy Warrior account.
- You should see the credit on the 'Store Credit' tab of your 'My Account' page.
- Upon checkout, the credit will automatically be deducted from your order total.
- If you do not use the entire credit, the remainder will go back into your Gypsy Warrior account to be used on future purchases.
