Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received your package you will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your exchange credit will be processed into your account within 5-7 business days. For more information on returns and exchanges, click HERE.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add orders@gypsywarrior.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into YOUR ACCOUNT on our website.

Why was my order canceled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours of the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare instances custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I have an online credit. How do I use it?

First, sign in to your Gypsy Warrior account.
You should see the credit on the 'Store Credit' tab of your 'My Account' page.
Upon checkout, select the checkbox to use your credit and the credit will automatically be deducted from your order total.
If you do not use the entire credit, the remainder will go back into your Gypsy Warrior account to be used on future purchases.

I received a Gypsy Warrior gift card. How do I use it?

In the shopping cart, enter the gift card code in to the appropriate box.
Press the 'Add Gift Card' button.
The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.

Do you ship worldwide?
